Coverages to help protect you and your bike

Bodily injury

If the unfortunate happens and you cause an accident where others get hurt or even die, bodily injury liability coverage is there to help protect you. It can pay for lost wages, pain and suffering, medical bills, and funeral expenses.

Collision

Hit something on your bike? Did it flip or tip over? A liability-only policy may not cover the cost of all your damage expenses. You can get the extra protection you want with our collision coverage.

Comprehensive

Accident damage can be expensive to repair. Comprehensive insurance coverage, will help pay the costs to fix your motorcycle.

Guest passenger

If you like taking someone along on your motorcycle trips down the open road, you may want to consider our guest passenger coverage. It can help provide medical coverage for bodily injuries if your passenger is hurt in an accident.

Medical expense

When you’re on the open road, there’s always the risk of an accident. Getting hurt in a crash can be expensive. Medical expense coverage can help both you and your passenger with medical costs and medical bills.

Optional/Special equipment

You want your bike to be unique. Custom motorcycles often have special modifications. Optional/special equipment motorcycle insurance coverage helps protect your investment against damage or loss of permanent equipment that isn’t factory standard. Coverage is the difference between the optional equipment’s value and the standard equipment it replaces.

Personal injury protection

With personal injury protection, any medical cost for you and any other eligible person are covered—no matter who’s at fault. This coverage can apply to non-medical expenses like lost wages and death benefits. This coverage is limited in some states.

Physical damage plus

Your bike is your baby. If it’s been damaged in a collision, you want to make sure it’s getting the proper replacement parts. When you have physical damage plus motorcycle insurance coverage, genuine original manufacturer replacement parts are used to return your bike to like new.

Property damage

If you cause an accident that damages another person's property, property damage coverage can help protect you. But be aware: It doesn’t cover any damages to your property.

Rental reimbursement

The good news is, your bike is being repaired after an accident. The bad? You have no way to get to work. Rental reimbursement insurance coverage gives you money to put toward an eligible rental to keep your life moving.

Replacement cost

If your bike is three years old or newer and is a total loss after an accident, replacement cost insurance coverage pays for a new bike—including your optional equipment.

Roadside assistance

You never expect it, but equipment can fail. If you’re on the open road and have a mechanical or electrical breakdown, roadside assistance kicks in. It provides a toll-free, 24-hour towing and roadside service to help you handle:
  • Empty gas tank
  • Dead battery
  • Lost key
  • Flat tire
  • Low oil, fluids, or water

Underinsured motorist bodily injury

You’ve been in a collision. The other driver is at fault and has insurance, but is underinsured and the insurance policy isn’t enough to cover your injuries. This provides injury protection—up to your policy limits—for medical costs that you and a passenger might have.

Underinsured motorist property damage

Like underinsured motorist bodily injury, this insurance coverage provides protection up to your policy limits for damage to your bike that the at-fault driver’s vehicle insurance doesn’t cover.

Uninsured motorist bodily injury

Uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage can help pay the cost of medical bills from any injury you suffer in an accident caused by the owner or operator of an uninsured motor vehicle.

Uninsured motorist property damage

This insurance coverage option provides protection to your insured motorcycle when it’s damaged as a result of a collision where an uninsured driver is at fault.
