After an accident, call us at 800-334-0090 to report your auto claim. We’ll ask some initial questions and then connect you with one of our friendly and knowledgeable claims associates. These people are dedicated to helping you.

Your claims associate will review your insurance policy coverages and take the time to explain the next steps. We’ll then determine how best to get things back to where they were as quickly as possible.

Getting you back on the road

If you have Physical Damage coverage with us, and a car repair shop of your choosing in mind, we’ll work with you and your shop to ensure you get a timely estimate for repairs. If you don’t have a repair shop of choice, we’ll work with you to determine your damages to assist you with getting your car back on the road.

If you have Rental Reimbursement coverage with us, we can arrange to get you into a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired. After all, your life doesn’t stop just because your car is out of commission. You still have to work, get the kids to school, pick up the dog, run errands...

Regardless of your circumstances, we’ll help guide you through each step of the claims process.
